Booked a double room with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The bathroom was clean, with a bath. The location was marvellous, just next door to center and easily accessible. Great to be 300 metres away from Pho bo Vien Thap Cam, enjoyed our meal there.

Nice comfy base for discovering Ho Chi Minh City with really helpful and incredible staff at reception desk. Fairly quiet room and wonderful view. Location not far from center. Also, close to the centre.

we greatly enjoyed the time here and would definitely book again. the room quiet and the beds were good. the location was great, close enough to the centre, in the nice area.

The lobby was quite spacious and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. We enjoyed having many TV channels to choose from, including Netflix. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about the surrounding area.
The location and value were good, but we were bothered by construction works and the state of the building. The swimming pool was dirty and we had some issues with air conditioning in our room.

The hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore this city as it is close to the centre and within district one. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were impressively clean, and the amenities were top-notch.

I recently stayed at The Arrivals Hotel for a week during my trip to Vietnam. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the entire property. I was impressed by the wide selection of TV channels and the option to stream Netflix in my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
